A mayor-elect’s husband has been arrested for allegedly orchestrating the point-blank killing of an elderly man over a land dispute.
Horror footage shows a man identified as Antônio Carlos Lima de Araújo arguing with the victim Antônio Candeia Oliveira.
Araújo, 59, can be seen hiding one of his hands behind his back as the pair trade barbs and wag their fingers at each other.
