On the night of Sunday, April 27, at around 11:30 p.m., a murder was reported at a bar called El Eclipse , located in San Pedro del Norte, Bocana de Paiwas, South Caribbean.
A man shot and killed 40-year-old Francisco Javier Rivera Hernández; he died instantly at the scene.
