The body of a man identified as Odair Raash, aged 46, was found in the Guaporé River on Monday (1st). The victim was on a vessel transporting cattle when he disappeared for around three days.
The victim's body was found by members of the public on the Guaporé River, 35 km from Costa Marques. It was badly damaged, possibly from bites from piranha and other animals. Identification was only possible due to the clothes he wore.
