According to authorities, the victim was surprised by an unknown individual who shot him multiple times without saying a word. The following died in the incident: Jhon Anderson Pino Asprilla, 29 years old. Authorities are investigating the motives for this homicide, said the commander of the metropolitan police, General Oscar Lamprea.
