Following up on the bitter news we previously announced, this Sunday, we confirmed the loss of two valuable lives as a result of a regrettable traffic accident that occurred on the road that connects Neiba with the municipal district of La Colonia Mixta, in Duverge, Independencia.
The incident occurred early Sunday morning, where one of the fatal victims has been identified as Inocencio Mancebo , a young educator originally from the municipality of Mella, in the province of Independencia, who was traveling on an RX 115 motorcycle with two other people.
