The incident occurred at around 03:00 on October 10 in the Yenidoğan Neighborhood of Bayrampaşa. According to the allegations, a person laid down in the middle of the road after drinking alcohol. At that moment, a driver noticed the person at the last moment and slowed down, while another car coming from behind hit the drunk person and ran over him. The driver got out of his car after the crash and saw the person lying on the ground. The driver then called the police and medical teams.
