Human Head Was Found In A Bag Among The Rubble In Salvador

Residents of the São Caetano neighborhood in Salvador found a human head inside a discarded bag among rubble in the Goméia area on Monday morning (27). The Military Police, through the 9th CIPM, was called and isolated the area to preserve the crime scene.
