Police identified the suspect as Phillip Price, and he has been charged with assault with intent to murder and armed robbery as part of a 21-count indictment.
The robbers held Nevers' friend - who had been staying over after returning from a trip to the Bahamas with Nevers - at gunpoint in the living room while they searched for valuables.
