On Monday, the ambulance service said 27 people had been taken to hospital for treatment, with two people, including one child, seriously injured.
Four people including a child were also lifted from beneath the car, Merseyside fire chief Nick Searle said.
Another 20 people, including four children, were treated for injuries at the scene.
