In yet another action to combat organized crime, the Military Police, through the 20th CIPM, intercepted a gang of drug traffickers in the city of Santo Amaro in the early hours of this Friday (27/09).
The group was preparing to attack drug dealers from a rival faction and even posted photos and videos with weapons on social media. The incident took place in the Polivalente neighborhood.
Five drug traffickers reacted to the arrival of the police and were injured during the confrontation. They were rescued, but did not survive their injuries. Weapons and ammunition were seized.
