The violent murder of student Kamila P., 23, from the Simón Bolívar normal school shocked Caranavi in the department of La Paz. The victim died yesterday from multiple stab wounds inflicted by her ex-partner, Marco Edwin CH, 24.
Caranavi prosecutor Limberth Arredondo told the media on Wednesday that the student was murdered in a classroom at the teacher training college in front of all her classmates.
After the crime, the attacker tried to commit suicide, but was detained by his classmates and academic staff until the arrival of police personnel, who took him to the offices of the Special Force to Fight Violence (Felcv).
