A crime occurred in the middle of the street at dawn last Sunday, when a man confined to a wheelchair shot and killed another young man he was talking to twice . The incident occurred in the town of Moreno, west of the city of Buenos Aires, and a minor, brother of the alleged murderer, has been arrested for the crime.
The entire sequence was recorded by security cameras at a home. There, a young man wearing a white cap and an Argentina shirt can be seen getting out of a maroon car and meeting four other people. According to the investigation, there had been a heated argument between them previously and that shot indicated a new chapter in the dispute.
