On Tuesday morning, residents of the 20 de Julio neighborhood in the municipality of Santo Tomás found a young man hanging with a sheet from a mango tree located on Calle 3 and Carrera 5, in front of the life center on the sidewalk of the Gabriel Cuesta Stadium.
This is Wilmar Daniel Soto Cervantes, 22 years old, who lived very close to the scene of the events.
