A motorcycle taxi driver was killed with four shots in the area known as La Cumbre, on Las Margaritas Street, at kilometer 21 of Tupac Amaru Avenue , in Carabayllo. The victim worked for the company 'El Progreso'.
According to information from neighbors, the man arrived at the area transporting two people. One of these passengers shot him in the head and recorded the whole thing with his cell phone, which he later uploaded to social media. After that, the subjects fled the scene.
