The driver of a passenger car ignored the red light and drove into an oncoming train in the town of Nowa Schodnia near Ozimek in the Opole region. The driver was taken to hospital in a non-life-threatening condition. None of the passengers on the train were injured. PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe published a recording from the monitoring system.
